Under the leadership of new president Nagesh Marwah, HR Head Bhawna and MD Ishaan Sarine company is not able to foster the culture of quality and customer orientation resulting company have lost a major SOB with OEM customers. There is growing disconnect between management and workforce and company is about to shut down because of continoue making loss and around 30% loss in revenue in last 2 years. at the core of these challanges is ineffective leadership of MD Ishaan sarine who has unfortunately failed to uphold his grandfather legacy. He is regulerly failing to correct startegic decision and heavily failing to take right decision under influence of few new people joined as consultants

...ecause desicions are taken by non technical and non financial background people. in Today scenerio company is not able to pay salaries and vendor payments due to Cash flow issues and withdrawn all benefits and merging workload of 2-3 people to one person hence work life balance become a big issue for employees except few senior people who comes 11 AM and leave 6.30 PM. the way company is working seems to be shut down operations very soon so if you are planning to join Autolek please rethink about your family and future again.

No compensation or benefits for employees. Top level management enjoy all the benefits. Poor increment (Only 8% or 10%) for workers and engineers. Managers get very good increment and benefits.

I recently joined Auto ignition limited as Manager HR and having a Background of OEM/ MNC . I would like to express the onboarding experience was exceptional. The HR team did a fantastic job planning everything before my DOJ for making my transition smooth and stress free. I liked the goodies and welcome gift they added in my joining kit.. Now having spent one month with Auto ignition , I can confidently say that the work culture is positive. I also want to add that impressed me most is the hands on approach by leadership team. Both Mr MD and Mr President meet with each and every candidate personally and genuinely listing the thoughts of improvements . I already feel valued and motivated to contributed to this positive work culture.

High level of politics from Juniors to top level, lazy, non performer oldies and kaamchor people enjoying, bad work life balance and sinking business , no medical insurence for employees, salary credit on 7th, delay in bonus and dishonesty in dealing with employees

No system driven company, Man driven based, Even No appreciation from management side for good job, Salries are below the market value with respect to job profile. Very cheap meal provides into canteen.
