The company is so chindi that they don't even pay the right amount of full & final & you have to chase them with proofs 4. The entire team is a bunch of clown running a grocery shop 5. The worst ever management I have in my entire career

My company is dedicated to nurturing expectational talent by rewarding and recognizing them. Pantry facilities are employee friendly Rest is fine.

Management can be better in terms of pay scale or appraisal

1) Salary on time 2) Mostly Managers are supportive except HR 3) If you are on leave - no one will trouble you

1) Few earlier employees are insecure & they will try to show as if you don't know anything 2) When you are in the System, you won't be able to connect with the HR who was hiring you & now things will happen as per company policies 3) sometime you have to work on an unrealistic deadlines

Management is good when it's about salary. Avarage work pressure. Good for freshers. Good incriment and incentives.

Dislikes

They can kick out anyone anytime whenever the manager and management want. (However if your performance up to the mark then don't worry)
