Ausy was my first company, I learned a lot by working with different projects. I got to travel abroad based on my performance. My colleagues were from various cultural backgrounds and we worked happily in collaboration.

Compensation is unsatisfactory and growth is slow

...epping stone for me in my career, The company has always worked in favour of me. I really had good time, Also company stands very strong in compensation payment during covid crisis. it stood by its rules and paid all the compensation i deserved.

if they could improve on job security, and ease of employee exchange from indian market to european market as deputation will be very good.

Team Members are good and they support their leads to complete the job with quality work

Management is not ready to resolve basics issues. HR is virtually non existent. No career growth. Very very bad work culture. A bond of 3 years for freshers which is too much. It's like bonded labour.

The company is providing good work environment. The people, specially the higher official are very cooperative.

Dislikes

The company did not give enough training on technologies they are working on. They do not give much assistance on programming for newly joined developer.
