1) Management are very biased with their employees, too much of partiality within team. 2) Management just listen to TL for team feedback without analysing whether the feedback is genuine or not and take harsh action based on the reviews. 3) TL here does not posses any of the quality of a leader. They just gives feedback based on the relationship they have with each of the team mates. 4) This company ruins the mental health of hard working employee’s. 5) You can only join this company if you are good in politics and if you have the patience to tolerate.

Management, no job security, no policies, no work life balance,no training, they work only on out dated technologies because to learn new technologies they need to hire experience resources, and they just hire freshers, salary very very low

They celebrate every festival with great enthusiasm. Management of the company is friendly with all the staff.

Dislikes

Projects are not that good. No project management. No work life balance. Need to work on weekends also.
