They'll never give salary on time and also increments. If we join before September they will allow for next increment cycle otherwise two years will take to consider for first year increment. Very worst HR policies. Lot of other companies give increment after one year completed. Last year increment arrears still not processed. Very pathetic. And OT's are paying but it will cut off from feb-2025. They want to do the Extra work but They'll accept 16 hours OT only. Work is very horrible. Not maintaining any document perfect here but still behaving like we are maintaining all the things perfectly. and work starts after 17:30 only. HOD's are never accepted for leave at any situation you're facing they don't bother about that. Previously, I don't know about this company hence, I joined here. Finally I am searching for a job again....😪🤕 I am highly recommended to don't join here and don't suffer.

Unfortunately knowledge is not the only thing money is your ultimate goal so they can’t pay you properly and also takes back your appraisal and your yearly increment or decreases them.

One of the worst management I have seen in my life they will the employees future stone hearted fellows and nobody will listen to you what you are going to say and give an idea to clear the issue but at finally they only blame you as you are the wrong person for the post.

1. It's been like a egoistic culture 2. From Junior to Seniors Positions, don't know their job guarantee 3. Dis respect to senior employees who believed top management 4. Cheated senior employees who worked for more than 8 years 5. No Safety to production team 6. Worst policies and systems 7. Hardworking and sincere employees not suggested to work in this organisation 8. Only one Sr HR head is good, rather no one in company 9. Top management team were misleaded by surrounding expert's Etc etc

In Aurore working environment is peace and pleasent.Good team in this organisation and every team member work dedicated to reach the defined targets.Good scope to enhance our skills and knowledge as per GMP and personality wise.Work culture is good, Management is good one.company policies are are very helpful us for upgrading knowledge.
