The English department in this college comprises of well experienced and amicable members. The HOD Mrs Maithry Shinde, is a very disciplined and supportive woman. She handles everything and encourages us to take part in all the other activities of the department. The other faculty members as well are very jovial and lend a hand whenever required.

Dislikes

I feel the college should pay a little more attention to the staffrooms and ventilation. The staffrooms should be more spacious with a proper table and chair allotment to every staff member.

Likes

delivering lecture, interacting with pupils and learning new chapters made me overwhelmed though work time flexibility and importance of the lecturer should be much more.

Dislikes

I have lot to say yet can not be so polite or use no slang and all, can't promise on language when my subject is Literature and Language and I do it play with, with smooth flows of it.
