In the name of non profit They give very less salary to employees but charge a high amount for the products. They simply utilize the employees till he is quite and happy with the small salary. Work life balance is also very bad depending on manager to manager .

The company is readily adapts latest technology, I love the fact that I am a part of the team.they are given high quality products with low cost and has a global client base,As a result ,I get to travel abroad.overall good environment to work smoothly.

Compensation is OK,but slow growth.

Company is very open in sharing technology with employees and there no barrier to learn from other department too .

...s and time with family will get reduce compare to other manufacturing industry . Salary and increments are lower than the local area standards

Aurolab is an ethical, not profit organisation works in the field of opthalmology and manufacture products affordable to the people globally. It is 30 years old self sustaining organization treat employees equally and give space for learning, self development.

Dislikes

Frankly, there's no dislikes with respect to the Aurolab brand. My association with Aurolab is 11 years. Considering my core industry, I switched a job. Aurolab is always a great place to work.

Manufacturing ophthalmic drugs surgical items doing a turnover of ₹ 300 crores. Products are well approved and appreciated by leading eye medical care institutions and government departments and institutions / hospitals.

Appointed consultants to improve working performances but they intervene in policy and day today operations
