Their Labour welfare policy is good and have a strong R and D Wing and as the Chief General Manager I had to remove the bottlenecks that may prop up from time to time. I had successfully coordinated R&D, Production and Marketing Departments. I used to visit all the sales and service branches functioning throughout India, attending major marketing and service discussions.I am happy to state that during my tenure , the company had the highest turnover in the history of the company. .

Dislikes

It is a well managed company. But low cost china products from competitors are eating in to our profit.So in the near term salary appraisal may be affected.
