...y dont give WFH to current employee and are forced to come to office everyday. They also deduct the "Employer PF" Contribution from your salary along with the "Employer PF". This is a scam. They also give less salaries. Policies in this company are bizarre. They make any changes to the employees and enforce it to the employees including the employees who are currently working. Genuine feedback from an ex-employee.

1. No pattern and structure for KT and training. - Employees are not given time to learn and expected not to make any mistakes. If employees don't listen and behave according to them then they fire the employees. 3. HR's of this company is very bad and expects employees to understand everything on the day when they join the company. Hr Samruddhi Patil of this company does not have empathy at all and is always arrogant and talks rudely and humiliates employees. I was busy one day in back to back calls as I was working on a client project and had an extremely tight deadline due to which I was not to check my gchat and answer the questions by the rude HR Samruddhi Patil. The next day she came to my desk and started taunting me in a sarcastic manner, I apologized and told her that I had a tight schedule due to which I didn't get time to answer your questions, she humiliated me and said that how much time does it take to do it and forced me to do it.
