Working culture is good.Job secure . Increament is 60 to 80 thousands per anum in Executive and sr. Executive level.Overaly good company.

Overally aurobindo failed due to inner management politics in increment.. There nobody not know to using of High salary people......

Very bad experience Joined at Aurobindo Healthcare Unit -3, work culture is the worst i have experienced. The quality head Milind Sindamkar with zero knowledge and only concern about who is taking leaves always harassing people even QC and QA head are searching new job because of him. Use foul language and always telling people that he will remove them Never support juniors uses foul language. So many people have complained against him but management not taking any action. I am looking for job and advice people plz do not join here

Job is secured from management side if u are doing honestly job so your future is bright work culture also ok management is very open if any improvements u directly convey the message

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bind if 3 years before witch you cannot resign.HR policys worst wiutch I ever seen this type of policies.
