Working environment and culture. Team-mates are supportive and the management is transparent. Management policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Overall good organization to work.

As per my experience with APL, it provide good salary and maintained standard at work area. Specially during corona wave, company provide free vaccination and special allowances. i would like to work in APL if i got an opportunity. But skill development/ learning programs not conducting manufacturing site due to work load. Alart from that APL is good platform for pharma employees. I love APL.
