Dislikes
Managers are not managers they are dictator. HR team tell lies about comp off and about wfh policy. Very bad hiring process and onboarding process. Very bad at employee centric activities. Location of the office is typically in MIDC area. Floor are not meet with standard office ambience. Very dirty politics.
This company fraud company , they are hiring people without offer letter and when salary day was come . they didn't give making full and final settlement. we will give like that they are making false promises and they are telling work long hours we provide extra money for extra hours. This company is very unprofessional and very bad company
Dear sir , I am FME from Tosham Depot in Haryana e ticking project. Project director Amit Soni has terminated all FME without any reasons or without giving their salary. Our wendor Amit kaura from CSC services denying us for our pending salary of half may or September or 22 days of October. If aurionpro or csc services doesn't pay our salary then I file a case against aurionpro or csc services in Labour court.Your management in Haryana project is so corrupted. They don't listen even a word for employees.
Your company aurionpro or csc services are theft companies.
... saying don't join. If you are having any relocation you have to bear that cost. They will not pay anything . HR will also stop responding. Totally scam
No Work life balance, Company culture is very bad. Partiality from seniors according to the employees designation. It's like all Seniors/Managers/Head treat as they are teachers and others are their students. Only developers or higher designation people are treated good,
in fact they are only lucky & happy to work there.
Overall no satisfaction.
