...cro management - No attendance and all - Unlimited leaves - Excellent cultural - Good salary and appraisals - 5 day working - Flexible working hours. Even no need to count working hours here. Just finish the work and go home. No need to take permission from any one. - Free evening snaks - You can reach out to higher management very easily.

The Culture they have in office is definitely should be from start, all offices should focus on culture they changed my mindset about corporate offices. the friendly vibes and relation with employees is what I liked the most.

The Salary part which was quite low but it's not that bad relative to where office is situated.
