Terrible higher management, managers are immature and shoots mails at any small issue. Company politics is top-notch. Job security is minimal . Don't Go without asking your colleagues.

My immediate boss was good as a personal and professional .

Dislikes

Top management interference in the working , they don't relay on field staff specially they asked everything on time but they don't fulfill their commitments on time like appointment letter, confirmation letter, appraisal letter , Incentive disbursements etc...

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
