...elop their employees. For them the employees are a liability and not a resource. I resigned from the company in August 2021 as the company withheld my salary for July without any prior notice from HR or Accounts dept. It just happened because i didn't picked up the call of my senior as i left my phone at home for the day. I am yet to receive my Final Settlement (March 2020) but there is no response from the company on the same. Several emails but they won't respond. Such is their HR. For anyone looking to work here: if growth, learning and development is what you seek then give this company a blind-eye-miss. And if unnecessary stress, no work commitments and office politics are your cup of tea, or you want to see how a one man show is run, then you know what to do. Final word run from there

Office politics is at its peak. The management won't address to the issues of the employees. No incentives are being given even after you become eligible for them. The management here knows only one thing, how not to give any benefit to the employees. No qualified HR. Not even remotely related to HR domain. Seniors do not stick to their commitments. They would promise you everything to get the work done and then would turn away after getting things done.

Top management policies are quite confusing and not a problem solving attitude. It's linger on situation and avoiding accountability

There’s nothing to like.. it’s actually the worst company I have ever worked for!

Everything, there’s a strict stringent policy at work regarding 9 hour complete working. No one can leave office before they have completed their 9 hour shift. Guards note down your in and out timing + they monitor everything move of an employee. You can never have a private conversation in office as the entire office is bugged, and one of the founder actually keeps an eye on every employee and listens to the conversation. I have worked in 5-6 companies before but I have never seen such a culture

I think my rating is enough to understand and expressed my think for this organization. Man to nahi tha aisa likhne ka but ynha kaam karne k baad mera job se trust khtam ho gaya chai ka staal daal lo apni skills or ego ko baar baar heart na hone do. baki ynha pr kafi sare ache staaf the or hai maine humesha apna 100 diya q diya mai khud nahi Janta
