Auma India is a MNC manufacturer company , its very good company for learning,salary,g growth etc, but auma India this all opportunities gives to permanent employees only, I am working contract basis in this reason I am getting only salary and pf .

No career growth. No department change. Groupism is existing in Machine Shop. Arrogant Supervisor Tejas acts like illiterate. Programming knowledge is less to setters and supervisors. Ganesh Venkatesh Bhandari Sir Handling the whole burden of machine shop.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1).
