No appreciation for the effort you put in. Lot of miscommunication within the higher management which causes major politics.

1. No direct exposure to client facing environment 2. You can be fired any time without prior notice 3. If you ask for a hike, you will be fired 4. No proper workplace . Even the washroom facilities are poor. 5. No professional growth 6. Least priority to the experienced people 7. No one in the company stays longer for 2 solid years. Very rare. 8.Feeling pity for employees 9. CEO is good. But blindly trusts the middle level managers . Least bothered about employee benefits
