Here a lot of things are still a work in progress and still need to create a structure for the same. This will give you an immense opportunity to grow with the company and be part of great institution building. The behaviour of 3 of the founders are not at all professional. They don't have any people management sense as well as knowledge. Highly unprofessional company. Not clear what they are expecting from a particular role & in each passing month, it changes. All they have just money, no professionalism, no work environment, no work ethics.
