Working conditions are not too bad. If you are a fresher, you will get full support from the colleague's.

There is a serious problem with the management. Management does not know what they want from employees they don't have any plans, and they don't give salary hikes. For Example, I have not received any salary hikes from the last 1.5 years, and if they do, it will only be about 5 or 7 percent. Additionally there is no job security there. You could literally be fired without any explanation. Freshers should avoid this company if they have other opportunities, as well as experienced individuals who will receive nothing from this company.

Terrible workplace culture driven by office politics, especially at the executive level. The Director actively engages in favoritism and uses tactics to hinder the growth of targeted employees. If you find yourself in their sights, expect stalled progress and eventual termination. A toxic environment with no regard for employee development or fair treatment.

Very poor culture, they ll make your life hell, no balanced work life, if you get selected, they can deny your offer letter at very last moment, this happened not only 1 person, even many associates face the same with this tiny company, Be aware ..... DO NOT GIVE INTERVIEW.............
