Seniors behaviour n politics in branch my one year bonus is not come at the end of financial year I worked permanent but my bonus is not come 2022-23bonus give me I take strict action about branch staff

Employee easy to understand it's policy and easily contact with senior for any query. Employee share own view and organisations good give various opportunity to express them.

Dislikes

If employee stable in organisation for long time then bank increment it's salary negligible. It's not pay accordance it's potential and increment provide by hr after put the resignation in system. This is the most negative factors in bank

There is no promotion low salary this is the main thing we need ESI got not distributing for employee this is main thing HR only with the reason

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

Dislikes

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here
