There is no dislike overall but as per work pressure and working hours and salary are not meet as per norms with bank also there is no bonus for back office like credit technical and legal department.... There is gap between timing overall there is need to fix the time of work

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

Your Reproting Manger not allow to puch the attendance as a result you get less salary, No HR Rule, you, No holiday, even 2nd and 4th Saturday they called in branch, only chamchas stick here, performer not getting respect here. Even top management do nothing if you think to compliant your reporting boss.

Gold Appraiser come from outside so we waiting more than half day because operation Team can start KYC procedures After verification of Gold ornaments Purity by Appraiser. Everything they don't respect timings and force you to work overtime, they ask you to go out in field in the name of marketing activities and makes you do stupid things, no skill development, no work life balance
