...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

Your Reproting Manger not allow to puch the attendance as a result you get less salary, No HR Rule, you, No holiday, even 2nd and 4th Saturday they called in branch, only chamchas stick here, performer not getting respect here. Even top management do nothing if you think to compliant your reporting boss.

Customer retention affected by product policy, even regular interest paying customer is affecting by policy (i.e) monthly interest payable scheme customer should pay interest 32 days if pay in 30 days principal only redeem and next interest doubling the interest percentage. Gold Appraiser come from outside so we waiting more than half day because operation Team can start KYC procedures After verification of Gold ornaments Purity by Appraiser. Totally my experience was good with the company, Salary was Credit on time(end of the month) , culture was good all teammates was very supportive.

Work pressure is very high,When i was in field,I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day🙄😑
