Your Reproting Manger not allow to puch the attendance as a result you get less salary, No HR Rule, you, No holiday, even 2nd and 4th Saturday they called in branch, only chamchas stick here, performer not getting respect here. Even top management do nothing if you think to compliant your reporting boss.

Customer retention affected by product policy, even regular interest paying customer is affecting by policy (i.e) monthly interest payable scheme customer should pay interest 32 days if pay in 30 days principal only redeem and next interest doubling the interest percentage. Everything they don't respect timings and force you to work overtime, they ask you to go out in field in the name of marketing activities and makes you do stupid things, no skill development, no work life balance

If there is one thing that i would appreciate is that, at least we get salary credit on time, as this reminds me the only reason for staying in indifferent environment.

Job Dissatisfaction - Success of Product is dependent on multiple factors like Research, Proposition, Design, Execution, marketing etc. People behind each functions does there Job well but fails when put together. Therefore, the one who is bearing torch must be strong enough and experienced in managing all these together. I feel senior product person should be someone who has prior experience in at least 3 core functions which is missing here. And when leader is not experienced enough, other problem arises. Like. Monotonous Work, More focus on impressing senior management with biased numbers, Decision basis gut feeling, Lack of Growth and Learning. Extreme Slow Execution etc. Strict Timing - No WFH, Alternate Saturday off
