1. The compensation framework is competitive 2. Company provides WFH as long as the employee is productive 3. Operation process are streamlined and straightforward and no bureaucratic complexity

Dislikes

1. No job stability, since they pay you high the moment you are non billable you are at risk 2. They depend on employee feedback rather than direct client consultation. 3. They don’t have diversity , majorly dependent on once investment bank. 4. Lack of a long term growth strategy and professional development.

Nothing.. these people are parasites who live on the candidates salary. Seriously if you want a genuine advice.. we should ban such companies like these.. they gave me 13 lpa and charged the client 39 lpa leading to huge work pressure on me..

...and they eat your money.. it is not like infy, tcs also there no bench policy .. these are pure parsites of your salary.. work culture is very cunning and bad.

1. Need to have more L&D sessions for developers and internal staff. 2. Additional flexibility suggested in cab facility. 3. More On-site opportunities needs to be opened.

Likes

1. You can ask for good salary almost 3 times plus of your experience(upto 8 years) 2. Appraisal is also good totally depends on client feedback, if you are able to convince your client for good feedback then you can ask for 15-20% hike. 3. They can offer a package such that Your salary would be higher than client salary :) 4. HR will totally support you in case of your personal emergency.

Dislikes

1. Frequent update of employees handbook and that can turn policy which might impact you anytime. 2. Less or limited Projects and clients, it might increase if they will crack some new deals. 3. Worst attendance policy, in case you missed to mark your attendance then it will be LOP. 4. Totally client driven.
