Waste of career, time, money, knowledge

Dislikes

No Hr, no proper management, no policies for employee, no PF nothing have to give extra time. Working here feels like we don't have home, personal life. No Work life balance concept. Also for increment we have beg for 5-6 month then we get, every month we have to remind for the salary that is the worst thing over there.
