Only the salary structure is good. But rest all thr things are terrible.
There are many potential issues in this organization that includes poor leadership, lack of communication, inadequate resources, ineffective processes, low employee morale, conflicts of interest, unethical behavior, and failure to adapt to changes in the external environment, among others.
What I have experienced and many of ex-Atulians shared their experiences after the humiliation from the management side.
They hired you when they needed you and throw you out for no valid reason just to control their expenses.
No job security, No professionalism of their HR, business Head, Directors and even HOD of different dept.
Immoral, unethical and corrupt people. Donot stay on clauses which were agreed upon at time of hiring. Management is very poor. Unable to manage operations and how to run lab. Also below averages quality they are providing to patients doing fake tests.
Non interference of day to day working by the adminstration and timely wages
Dislikes
Poor front office staff and due to non technical hr and centre head having least knowledge about how to manage a radiology setup due to which incompetent team is selected.
Director VP, centre head they all are very supportive like guardians. Really dream job I got it but if I get the chance or Oppourtunity again to work under their guidance it will be my privilege to work under their guidance.
There was nothing dislike it was our bad luck that our contract has been over, if it not over then I think there is no one who think about leaving this motivating, joyfully, family environment.
I have learned a lot plus it is that type of olatform where you can help lot of poeple if you want .. People with different illnesses are laready mentally unstable but you can help them and remove their stress level upto some level only by attemlnding them nicely which is most important in hospitality sector.
