...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... fired without any reason. Frustrated atmosphere of work place. Atul Auto MD Mr.jayanti Chandra always looking to cut employees' salary or kick out employees from company due to lay off. Atul Auto ruins your career.

Job security nearly zero, salary and other benefits is not growing, Top management to worker level No one job satisfaction, each and every department internally issue.

The name itself is good . It is a brand. The plant is well organized .

Dislikes

There is no increment since last 3 years. And on top of that, they are reducing the salary of the employees for months. There are no other benefits like healthcare, gym, etc. Also, the food in canteen is paid. They remove the employees as and when they want to, as the production goes down .

I am part of team which makes reliable, cost effective & high quality products within stipulated time period for On-time delivery of the product to the market.

Compensation is just above descent but growth is very slow. work pressure is high. i got appreciation form my seniors for my work but mostly goes unnoticed during my appraisals every time.
