Job security nearly zero, salary and other benefits is not growing, Top management to worker level No one job satisfaction, each and every department internally issue.

The name itself is good . It is a brand. The plant is well organized .

There is no increment since last 3 years. And on top of that, they are reducing the salary of the employees for months. There are no other benefits like healthcare, gym, etc. Also, the food in canteen is paid. They remove the employees as and when they want to, as the production goes down .

I am part of team which makes reliable, cost effective & high quality products within stipulated time period for On-time delivery of the product to the market.

Compensation is just above descent but growth is very slow. work pressure is high. i got appreciation form my seniors for my work but mostly goes unnoticed during my appraisals every time.

Some people's are working from 25 years they are well connected with higher management and they will not listen new comers suggestion and HR policy is rude they are ready to onboard easily but when you are leaving company they are talking about policy and they are not going give any response or support to employee for releasing
