The name itself is good . It is a brand. The plant is well organized .

Dislikes

There is no increment since last 3 years. And on top of that, they are reducing the salary of the employees for months. There are no other benefits like healthcare, gym, etc. Also, the food in canteen is paid. They remove the employees as and when they want to, as the production goes down .

I am part of team which makes reliable, cost effective & high quality products within stipulated time period for On-time delivery of the product to the market.

Dislikes

Compensation is just above descent but growth is very slow. work pressure is high. i got appreciation form my seniors for my work but mostly goes unnoticed during my appraisals every time.

Work life balance, no excessive pressure on employees for timeline. Quality is important than early drawing release for R&D.

Dislikes

No Training, salary deduction in lockdown, Layoff during lockdown, one of the GM of R&D treat employees as his servent.

...lth insurance. But after joining and working 1/2 months they charges for All. No proper management policy, any time salary deduction, leave deduction, no work no salary (means if their production stop no salary for that day). They are anytime asking for you to leave a company. Old people monopoly. Everyone is work for him only, no team work. No proper canteen (food facility - terrible food even they are charge amount to you). Know one is listen to your complain. If new policy is In force by HR it's only for management benefits, no employees benefit is consider. That's all for now,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
