All team mates are very friendly at my time. salary comes on time. But since last 2 years they do not give salary on time.

In terms of career growth, employee can not learn new things. They are not adopting new technology. Company will not give any appraisal to his employee. Overall company is not good for those who want to learn new things for his career and in terms of money also company is not good. Since last two years they are not paid to me my salary.

Politics by mostly everyone Top management doesn't listen to their teams No 1:1 meetings with managers No organisation/ distribution of work No KRA followed They don't have anything to do with your learnings and professional growth

There's some work for Employees is very good like 1- on time payment 2- Incentive scheme 3- increament

There's some work for Employees is very bad like 1- No facilities 2- No respect as your position 3 - No work as your position 4- work culture is not good

My first job attero recycling I lot a of knowledge and experience form after company . I was afraid to go out of mumbai but I learned form this company

I didn't have a bad experience when I was working for 3 years and I learned a lot from it
