I love about my Company, Culture: My Company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. And also good support from Seniors, Management and Employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. My Journey Starts in 2004 still continue.... More than foosball tables and free caffeinated beverages, there is a fundamental emotion that must be in place for employees to be happy: trust. Trust is the Common Element between Employer and employees that is often cited as foundational to a great workspace as one where they work. Employees must Trust the people where they work for. While leadership sees a great workplace as one where they " work together as as team/family in an environment of trust. Trust is universally necessary for a great work space.

Decent Company with Decent Management... Seniors are well respected but people at middle level management could be even better.. fair organization with mainly focus on business, nothing trendy or new aged environment... good for those looking for job security in the field of equity dealing...

Please improve on Cafetaria and recreational activities.. Also parents insurance cost should be borne by company like many other MNCs..should also provide employee stock options like many new age IT companies..

Work culture is the most terrible thing I have come across at ATS. there is no job security and learning part is zero. I suggest all not to waste your time by joining this organization

Not a correct place to work, it's only a platform for freshers to learn the market., not for the people who carry a good amount of experience... It's a property concern, not a well known registered brand.
