Honestly speaking, there's nothing to like about this company if you are in the technology department. Still I would say work-life balance is a pro here as there isn't any work to do and you'll get all the time for yourself. Be in this company to waste as much of it as you can.

...efits. - PF amount gets deducted but never gets credited to your EPFO account. - No hike. Appraisal is a myth here. - Lacklustre work environment. Feels like some government back office. - Worst of all, visionless and incompetent higher management. There's a leader missing in this company and in the technology department to drive it forward. - No path defined for future development work. People work (read: pretend to work) as per their whims and fancies. Sad part is, the manager and the so called higher management is equally cluless.

Likes

Nice company for work, learn and use your skills. If you have done one project handover of ATS, then your confidence level will be high. You can learn lot of things apart civil engineering, like plumbing and electrical.

Dislikes

Company do not want to share his profits with employees. Like bonus and compensation.

There is work balance in ATS Infrastructure and the policies of the company are good, the staff gets growth.

When you use your own vehicle for the company, you get very less local transport and you have to pay mobile expenses own.

There are many positives and i am going to start with the company's employee-friendly approach. They realize our concerns and problems. Offers timely assistance and seniors put in additional efforts to make juniors feel comfortable. There are upskilling opportunities to acquire new skills during weekly training sessions.

Short delays in salary and nothing else to add to this section

No wonder you need to check reviews here as i already did the same. The company proved slightly better when i experienced the same with my own. There are opportunities to grow and upskill you talent. You get room to nurture yourself, Learn from others and implement things to generate better outcomes

Occasional delays in salary but ultimately they frequently put in regular efforts to work on resolving all issues.
