There is not much work load.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Delay in salary more than 2-3 months. For some employees it is around 6 month delay also. In IT department there is not much learning for freshers or someone in their 20's and 30's with good educational qualification.

Honestly speaking, there's nothing to like about this company if you are in the technology department. Still I would say work-life balance is a pro here as there isn't any work to do and you'll get all the time for yourself. Be in this company to waste as much of it as you can.

...efits. - PF amount gets deducted but never gets credited to your EPFO account. - No hike. Appraisal is a myth here. - Lacklustre work environment. Feels like some government back office. - Worst of all, visionless and incompetent higher management. There's a leader missing in this company and in the technology department to drive it forward. - No path defined for future development work. People work (read: pretend to work) as per their whims and fancies. Sad part is, the manager and the so called higher management is equally cluless.
