Upper higher management have not knowledge related to construction activities and not having any decision to do get any issue,not having any manner to do talk to his staff about to any topic,they are only come on office,and do visit some little time at site, they are sit in his Ac room office whole day.

Horrible company culture , Strict timings, Politics, Promotion for Sycophant, Talented employees not required, Bad Management, Higher level Mgmt not manageable properly

...aft k name pe ATS k project pe join karwate hai jo bohot time se uljhe pade hai. 1st ko salary ka btate hai at the time of joining bad main kuch nhi pta. Ek chu*** hr keh raha monthly to aa rahi hai na. Lekin wo bhi nhi aa rahi thi.

Ghatiya quality TL in CRM no manners to respect about team mambers very high pressure of work and no benefit if company call you weekend days and no compo off and alot of report and trackers need to update everyday and they expect 100% accuracy no coordination with sales,CRM and account most working on Excel and alwayes they are planning and meeting but no results every week they are increasing no of report totally nam bade aur darshan chhote ghatiya manegement they said Saturday and Sunday off but we are working at home so much work pressure

1.salary on time, 2. there is a partially in accomodation by HR.

1. Very dirty politics at work place. 2. Senior staff pressure on staff to call vendor (like barbinder, carpenter,blockwork etc.. & give warning to staff if you didn't call any vendor that you will be fired from job. 3. I worked as a project engineer but I can't have tea in office & pantry boys says you can have tea at work place where your work going on where pantry boys distribute tea to musteroll manpower. 4. Senior staff take donation from civil vendor & harrassment to staff regarding work 5.i have 13 year experience & worked more than companies but ats homekraft my worst experience. 6.I am not talking not for only 1 site where I worked whole company culture is very worst. 7. Senior staff maximum gives warning to staff regarding firing from job for minor minor honeycombing & repairing.
