Good work environment and work culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Job security even in COVID period, wages on lockdown period and quarantine leave without wage detection. Very very best company for operators/workers. Upto 50% increment for operators/workers with yearly diwali bonus and performance pay.

Dislikes

Salary is not decent and career growth is slow for staff employees. There is a 3 months notice period which we can't switch to other company early. Proper job training is not given to staff employees. Staffs have lots of roles but designation is not changing. None of the higher level bosses are motivating their team workers. Monday to Friday only the company working days, But they are pulling to work atleast one Saturday in a month. We can compensate it. But we can't plan our weekend's for our personal commitments.

.... We have so many other measures which makes one comfortable at this tough time. No job loss, no pay cut. Best organisation to be in, in this testing time.

It's a company we can gain as much as knowledge and the environment also good and colleagues also support well. It's a knowledge store for a beginner..

The Chairman's vision reflects in each and every function of the Company be it flexible work culture, job security, welfare etc., are huge pull for the employees.

Nothing to dislike about the company, but employees leave because of their bosses not company's policy.

H.O giving pride as BOSS to the senior person. .which leads Head weight and Ego for them even with the new joining experienced person. .Partiality between onrole and offrole creating only by the BOSS. .Not even inviting for any parties conducted in office ,which makes me to feel down. . Need of introducing the new joining persons to everyone in office..This culture having only in H.O but not in my branch(Hyderabad).
