... if you are hired today, there is no guarantee that you won't be fired tomorrow. the salary is poor, and promotions are completely out of reach. the company itself is good, but the MD and Hr are heavily involved in Politics. they act friendly in front of you but work against you behind your back. except for these issues, the company is decent, with no work pressure and no strict timings

Job security. They recruit with high package, and if it didn't get worked for them.. then they will remove people by calling over phone. Same thing happened with one marketing manager....they have recruited with high package and took his job within 2 months.....I am not against anyone or company, but I have also experienced that horrible scene.... those who don't have job, you can try....but those who are with job, please don't get attracted to high package....

does not give appointment and confirmation letter and no salary slip and commitment given to staff by senior is not fulfilled and rsm level person stayed at night for meeting in headoffice not provided dinner he has bear itself but thank god hotel they provide nor one has to leave in dharamshala or railway station or on street

It was a great working environment with very good growth. We were free to experiment on new technologies and implement the same for the business problems. I recommend joining here to learn and grow.
