It was good to work the that company but salary was not enough to make in to the little bit high and I liked your MD Riyas sir He the good person he will treat like your children. Zabier sir is one the most perfect person like brother I will tell Tamabaras sir he is like bull dog

Good compensation ans hike compared only to other service companies, management is good, hard work is appreciated. Easy to change technology within company. They encourage certifications as well

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very bad. Public shauchalay type washrooms. Too much work frm home culture with many employees misusing it. No lay offs again with many employees exploiting it. Very less/almost no onsite oportunities for technical people. Free transport is not cancelled. No funding for team outing or any activities

Overall experience with Atos is fine. Though limited opportunity for growth and overseas exposure, compensation and work life balance was ok. However it may differ with project as well.

Everything is good about Atos till now considering training and job security. As we are new to Atos so can't say about appraisal.

The only thing which I dislike about Atos policy is the three months notice period that needs to be served. I think notice period policy should be as per designation.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
