Atos is good company with above average ( nice) work culture , people generally have quite good work life balance and salary here. Appraisals are not much as compared to other MNC 's but the job security is good here . Learning and skill development is also nice as there are lot of courses offered each month by L and D Department of atos .

Dislikes

Lesser appraisals , lower team spirit while working , no much extra curricular activities or picnics and outings.

...thless they charge 437000 for 20 days and after that no security for placement.. and ask to join us the midlevel company and pay 1 lakh more to that company to get a job .. and Atos recruitment staffs are not good … not responding any calls and email.. it’s a fake service they provide …

I say only true, atos is not good for india because here management is not good, I'm properly submit all required procedure but why they hold my salary. My salary is hold to atos side without any reason. they don't think our employers so employess why suggest this is good. Really Is not good for new employess

Overall experience with Atos is fine. Though limited opportunity for growth and overseas exposure, compensation and work life balance was ok. However it may differ with project as well.

Overseas opportunity are very less HR people are very unfriendly

Compensation and benefit is very poor..salary hike is not based upon work based in financial year and management are very rude as most employees left company because of senior management not because company policy.
