...r atleast 18% of your salary in the name of PLVP and you hardly get any returns. And even if you change the project forget about your variable pay. If you are leaving the company forget about your variable pay. Manager's pet = PLVP in full. Zero skilled managers. At times your reporting manager is not your technical manager, he doesn't know your work, learnings, contribution and honestly he isn't interested. Ideally he has to take this feed back from the ops manager. But he seldom does so. So as to favour his pet employees. The only interaction with your manager will be filling your time sheet. I still don't understand what's the role of a manager in atos. Job security wise it's a good company because you will never grow as the ones in the management are all friends and family of eachother and they will not allow anyone else to grow. If you are happy in the same position it's the best company. Evern the department head is crazy. You schedule a skip level meeting and he'll add your manager to it. Killing the sole purpose of skip level meetings.

Dislikes

The managers are too egoistic. Too old school. Most of them are bcom's so they have never learnt the software development process. It's as good as explaining the process to a naive person or a layman. They only know employee has to full his timesheet. If you know this you are fit to become a manager at Atos.

...eird reasons. Average hike is only 3 to 4% that doesn't match today's inflation. Our variable pay isn't paid on time.

Too much focus on cost cutting and very little focus on revenue generation. Besides, the company does not do market correction in terms of salary and they let excellent people go from the company.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
