Their are Many aspects As of now this company has splitted apart They have also not incremented our salary till now!! They have done too much cost cutting They don’t even give work from home They don’t even turn on the AC If there are not more than 10 employees sitting They turn off the AC Then why the **** you call us at the office Their is no equality in this company Everything just based on partiality I would recommend don’t join this company anyway!!! Now it’s been 1 year to me here My designation still trainee Hate this compony

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

Likes

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Dislikes

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management

The company culture is very good, managers are understanding and supportive, there are many oppurtunities to upskill and learn new technologies.

Dislikes

The Salary is not at par with other organsisations and yearly increments too are not very good.
