It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours

The main dislike was salary was not as per the work it's very lower and also the hikes process was also quite bad as per my knowledge

I will tell the job seekers as a fresher or experienced, never thought to join this company. Worst management, No Hike, and Never suppose that you have done some good work for this company or on the project. Here Rating system depends on the shoe licker Manager and Team Lead.

Dislikes

Salary lesser than Vegetable Man earning. In 5 years even not a single team lunch, or dinner.

The learning and Development dept was very active. They make sure to five new training and employee finish ontime,

I was very disappointed with the Salary hike and the HR dept as they don't care for the individual employee.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

Dislikes

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Dislikes

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management
