They are supporting us by stopping pur whole salary. And also there is no project so far and they are giving us opportunities to work in KPO sector instead of IT field. They cut our whole salary for 3month till December and until we not get allocate to any project till there is no salary to fresher as well as other senior employees also who do not have a project

In hard situations atos has not providing salary to their employees.

I work client side and the managers of atos are horrible. Empty and false promises. Nothing delivered. Late compensation of allowances.too much paperwork during allowances and onybody from finance team can put it claim on hold.atos may be very nice company.but once at cleint side u are treated like others property . Hr has not even met us once during 2 yrs here.

...ct that there is no single portal for all queries. We have 2 3 diffrent portals.salary, declaration, timesheet all diffrent.hr is indifferent about employee condition.

The team is good and working for women is very comfortable in this company. Work satisfaction. You will learn a lot while working in this company

Not much benefits Salary hike is very less For an operation role you may need to work when ever issue comes. So more or odd working hours sometimes. No permanent wfh, but based on GCM level you will get 1/2 days flexible wfh in every week.

Worst management & few managers are doing back door recruitment policy for money and one of the lady manager Swetha Joshi is ruthless fellow and worst behaviour...

Best thing about working at atos is you will have the flexibility of timings to work only if you are above gcm2.

Dislikes

Lazy management, 0 activities apart from work, salary and promotions are not upto the expectations.
