HR team doesn't know much about their policies, salary credit is on 1st of every month and company doesn't credit it before hand if it's a Saturday or Sunday, work pressure is extremely high, higher management is really bad, 4 leave are credited every quarter of the year,

Additionally, the collaborative work environment fostered teamwork, and innovation.
