In the first year at Atom11, i got to work on multiple end to end projects. It's exciting to see my work making a direct impact so quickly. The trust and responsibility given to a new team member are truly motivating. Leaders are approachable , inspiring and open to ideas.

Dislikes

Some tools and concepts are challenging initially, but it's really fun afterwards. The fast-paced environment can be challenging sometime, but it pushes me to grow and improve my skills. While the work can be demanding, the company provides great resources to help maintain balance and support growth.

I joined Atom11 with 1.5 years of experience in Amazon marketing. What I love most about working here is the freedom to take responsibility for my work and the trust Neha has shown in me. She has always boosted my confidence and encouraged me and the team to always learn, grow and evolve while having fun too. The best part about working with Atom11 is the positive work environment - there's no office politics, just supportive team that's kind and helpful to each other, our clients and everyone with work with. Overall, I've learned many new things here and had an amazing experience that I haven't found anywhere in my career.

Dislikes

It's not that I disliked anything about Atom11, but at times, the work felt monotonous due to the remote setup. This occasionally led to boredom and a sense of disconnect from people on a personal level.

1. Passionate founders: you will learn a lot and you will learn very fast 2. Intense focus: When i worked there - they were still building the product. The team ruthlessly prioritises and focuses a lot on product. 3. Growth: I was a fresher when i joined, and had a very steep learning curve as I was given complete ownership of my projects. Soon I was handling big features end to end.

Dislikes

Long working hours: Hard work was non-negotiable, but it never felt like a burden --it felt purposeful. I grew a lot both professionally and personally.
