The work environment is like a family working together. The management team is very supportive and pro-growth. I was given the opportunity to explore new forums and I learnt immensely from my experience here.

Dislikes

There isn't much I dislike about my experience here. The compensation is great but the work pressure can get high sometimes.

Likes

I have been with Atom for over 8 years and enjoyed every moment of my work here. There is ample scope for growth and no unnecessary hierarchy and process. Everyone can easily approach the management team and give ideas, feedbacks and thoughts. I got a freehand to implement the different sales strategies over the period of time. Great work culture, I recommend people who are looking for a good growth centric environment to apply at Atom

Nothing specific, sometimes the timings can stretch, but that's part and parcel of the work

I found an environment that fostered learning at every turn. It is a place where hard work is recognised. I have been working here for over 5 years now and I’ve personally benefited immensely from this collaborative atmosphere, as it has allowed me to contribute my ideas and perspectives to various projects. Knowing that my input is valued and appreciated have motivated me to go above and beyond in my role.

Dislikes

Might get hectic at times due to project in flow. However, more projects more fun & more learning.

I have worked with Atom Interiors for over 7 years and it has been a wonderful experience! The team is supportive and the management has always encouraged me to learn new skills, experiment with ideas and come back with my feedback on things implemented. The work culture is inclusive and allows everyone to express their ideas and makes it a collaborative team work.
