A really terrible experience to work here. Salary are not regular no work life balance. No job satisfaction. The job role and pay they promise at the time of interview will not be paid during your work period. No HR Policy not even they provide the appointment letter even after 6 months of employment.

They called me for a senior position as GM-Design E&I ,selected my immediately ,issued an offer letter ,I accepted and reverted .Immediately after acceptance of offer their HR called me with a version ,joining is hold that will be informed later after getting approval from HR. After that 3 months left they didn't respond after repetitive follow up and finally came to know from a different source they had selected a junior fellow of lower age in that position. It seems management practice is very un ethical and have no courage to tell the truth. I am highly unhappy with this types of highly un professional company.

I have learnt lots of things from there because I was very fresh and not familiar about the work. My seniors helped me several time when I was need and I am pretty much sure that learning will give me a separate confidence in my future.

The main terrible was working there is a partially and I never ever in there favour that was the main reason I was suffering there lots of problems.
