Each and every organization haveing some loop holes but if we see in positive way so it's more easy to work with them and try to remove.

I really appreciated the collaborative culture at my last company It was a place where everyone was encourage to share ideas and contribute to success of projects. It fastered an environment where innovation and problem - solving were encouraged.

Dislikes

Actually, I am looking new opportunities and challenges that were not available in my current position. Such as company was great but the position did not offer enough challenges to fully utilize mu skills and abilities.

It's well known that every wants to work with the best organization, Atmasamman Private Ltd. is a best emerging IT company, I have feel some positive things about ASPL technology like coordination of people, organizational culture, motivation etc.
