while working at Atlas Tours & Travels I have outgrown my skills sets and lerant alot about the Travel Industry, also I have been assigned to mulltiple task & projects which helped me to come out of my comfortzone and to work and upscale my skills and way of working.

Dislikes

Only thing which might be a little of working at Atlas is timings and the Salary Cycle.

Very good environment to work with Atlas Tours and Travels and all the seniors are very helpful and lots of learning about product knowledge and travel knowledge.

Some points which I dislike is the salary part at the time of interview.

If u really wanna do nothing in life then join this firm they’ll pay u peanuts but make u do everything apart from your job

A pathetic pathetic place ,a useless person who just wants to sit in ac doing nothing can join this company

Very people focused organization where every individual is given an opportunity to hone and deploy their skills in their scope of work. Management is pro-actively involved and open for new ideas and proposals that bring in growth. The company focuses on Employee well being, up-skill, training, development and gives equal opportunity to scale up.

Change the mindset of People and stop favouritism with old employees, new employees does have skills. politics are created by Management.

Dislikes

Directors - stop creating politics within employees, start trusting your employees. Cross checking one employees with their colleague creates bad culture.
