There is no work life balance here. Some people in Belgium and some of the Indians here think too that Indians are meant to do donkey work, so they load Indians with all work and they go on Holidays and have an excellent work life balance there.

Many things. They have one of the least salary structure here in India. Have no proper succession plan and neither skill development plan.

...ry inclusive and unbiased. There is lot of flexibility and freedom at workplace.Annual salary rise is at par with Industry standard. Lot of focus on employee health and well being.

Nothing AC COE is big joke no employee benefits just a distress by following lame rules in govt organisations to sign an register and dedicate a person for attendance . Seriously everyone is a professional no need to micro manage

Everything 1.no salary in time 2.HR is a big waste no role just speaking 3. GM for COE doesn’t know what he wants to do in town hall he speaks about birthday celebrations only thing he is good at micro management he is the one who hired a person to check who is coming to office and register to mark attendance 4. Don’t join if you come from IT or professional corporate

Salaries are not at par with Industry. No Perks and Rewards for your hard work. No Monitory or non monitory benefits on and above your Salary.

A good company for entry/mid level career opportunity. Good HR policies Though a work-life balance is good, the management focus is shifting towards achieving higher targets with minimizing the time required. Management is open to take feedback, overall good company culture.

Limited learning and career growth opportunities Disparity in the compensation especially at entry/mid level positions Limited focus on innovation as it might be due to increasing work pressure.
