System of working is good. The environment is open for learning.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and timely but growth is slow. Geographical location of the work station is terrible without a proper medical facility and roadways communication. Expatriates and workers are not being utilized based on their skills and ability. Work place located inside an island which is very remote from the locality. The accommodation is not good enough for living without adequate entitlements.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

One of the ASC certified companies in Africa, It was like a big challenge to achieve the target with wild broader. Now the company is using SPF broader from Vietnam to get good results and they are successful.
